UABLE PTE LTD, along with the subsidiaries ("Company" or "We" and their connotations), operates a website – (URL: https://power.club/) and an app (together called as "Platform"), engaged in the service of online skill development for users in the age group of 13-19 years.

Our Platform is accessed by users between the ages of 13-19 years to build their real-world skills and meet other like-minded teens for networking. It is also accessed by users aged 19+ who can join as "mentors".

Privacy is key!
We recognize the privacy concerns of the Users and visitors, hence as a commitment to provide a safe and secure experience on our Platform, we have formulated this privacy policy to help Users make an informed decision.

Our Services are for users in the age group of 13 to 19 years and we do not knowingly collect personal information from Users under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian of a User under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us please contact us at hey@power.club

We have implemented a neutral age-gate to screen out users below the age of 13.
Note: In some countries, the age of digital consent is older than 13. If you are in those countries, you must be at least that age to use the Services.
Power Club will not knowingly engage in the processing for Users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are engaged in that processing with such Users, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable information from our records.

If you are a parent/guardian of the User - you provide your consent to the User’s use of the Platform and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in respect to their use of the Platform. By your continued access or use of the Platform, you signify your agreement to be legally bound by the Privacy Policy set forth herein. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy of this agreement, promptly exit this page and stop accessing the Services.

Whenever you share videos, project work or any form of content or feedback with Power Club, you give Power Club permission to share that content on any social media Platform, Power Club website or App or YouTube channel. Power Club assures you that the intent will only be to publish positive results and developments to other Users.

We collect information about you by using cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons and other technologies (collectively, “Tools”). We use this information to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our websites, services and offerings as well as to manage our advertising. This information can make your use of Our services easier and more meaningful by allowing us to provide better service, customize sites based on consumer preferences, compile statistics, provide you with more relevant advertisements based on your interests, analyze trends and otherwise administer and improve our services. If we have collected your Personal Information, we may associate this personal data with information gathered through the Tools. We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services.

Online fellowship sessions are recorded and used for quality audits and facilitator training.

Users shall grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, audio and videos (IP License). This IP License shall end when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).

By using our services you automatically agree that we may use Personal Information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, improve the Platform's content and Service offerings, and customize the Platform's content, layout, and Services. These uses improve the Platform and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with an efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Platform.

We shall not use user information for any purpose other than in connection with the Platform. We shall not rent, sell or share user information and shall not disclose any of the user's Personal Information to third parties. If Power Club detects a systems security breach by an unauthorized party or that any user data was used for an unauthorized purpose, we will comply with relevant state and other data breach laws. We will notify users of any breach resulting in the unauthorized release of data electronically, at minimum, and without unreasonable delay so that you can take appropriate steps. The notification will include: date of the breach, the types of information that were subject to the breach, a general description of what occurred, and steps Power Club is taking to address the breach.

We have no control and bear no responsibility over external websites and we encourage you to read their privacy policy especially before entering any personal information as policies will differ.

If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you please contact us at hey@power.club If you want your personal data to be removed from our systems, you can choose to delete your account by selecting the option in the settings section in the Power Club app. Once you delete your account, your account will be deactivated right right away and all your content gets deleted within 10 days. This includes your profile, posts, passwords, etc. We do not store any information associated with your account beyond 10 days after deletion.

Bear in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account.
