UABLE PTE LTD, along with the subsidiaries ("Company" or "We" and their connotations), operates a website – (URL: https://power.club/) and an app (together called as "Platform"), engaged in the service of online skill development for users in the age group of 13-19 years.
Our Platform is accessed by users between the ages of 13-19 years to build their real-world skills and meet other like-minded teens for networking. It is also accessed by users aged 19+ who can join as "mentors".
Uable provides a new-age network for teens in the following ways:
Power Club app: The app focuses on fun and engaging ways for real-world learning and helps users identify career domains of their interest and build their work profile through Circles.
Power Club website: The application and selection process for users is done via the website. Users can submit an application. After careful consideration by the Power Club team, once selected, they are given access to the Power Club App.
Power Club events: Events are a great way to network with like-minded people on the platform and discover new ways to learn.
The term "Users" for the purposes of these Terms shall be read as You and/or the learner.
Our Services are for users in the age group of 13 to 19 years and we do not knowingly collect personal information from Users under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a User under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We have implemented a neutral age-gate to screen out users below the age of 13. Note: In some countries, the age of digital consent is older than 13. If you are in those countries, you must be at least that age to use the Services. Power Club will not knowingly engage in the processing for Users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are engaged in that processing with such Users, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable information from our records.

In order to provide Services, we require certain User information and may obtain the same through User- provided data or automatic data collection.

We collect information that may be used to identify you, including, but not limited to:
(i) name, e-mail ID, phone number, photograph, location and other contact information

(iii) birth date, year and month to validate your age
(iv) details of school name, class

(vi) We collect the content you submit to the Services. This includes your posts and comments including saved drafts, videos , your messages with other users. Your content may include text, links, images, gifs, and videos.
(vii) If you purchase products or services from us, we will collect certain information from you, including your name, address, email address, and information about the product or service you are purchasing. Uable uses industry-standard payment processor services (for example, Razorpay) to handle payment information
We also collect certain information either when you provide it to use the Platform or Services and/or automatically as you navigate through the Platform (which may include usage details, IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by the device, access times, and information collected through cookies). We do not actively track our users. You agree that we may use such information to do internal research on our Users' demographics to better understand, protect and serve our Users.
Whenever you share videos, project work or any form of content or feedback with Power Club, you give Power Club permission to share that content on any social media Platform, Power Club website or App or YouTube channel. Power Club assures you that the intent will only be to publish positive results and developments to other Users.
Cookies We collect information about you by using cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons and other technologies (collectively, “Tools”). We use this information to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our websites, services and offerings as well as to manage our advertising. This information can make your use of Our services easier and more meaningful by allowing us to provide better service, customize sites based on consumer preferences, compile statistics, provide you with more relevant advertisements based on your interests, analyze trends and otherwise administer and improve our services. If we have collected your Personal Information, we may associate this personal data with information gathered through the Tools. We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services.
Online fellowship sessions are recorded and used for quality audits and facilitator training.
Users shall grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, audio and videos (IP License). This IP License shall end when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).

The security of your data, including personally identifiable information, is important to Us. User accounts are protected by a password. Users are required to protect the confidentiality of their passwords.

We will notify users of any breach resulting in the unauthorized release of data electronically, at minimum, and without unreasonable delay so that you can take appropriate steps. The notification will include: date of the breach, the types of information that were subject to the breach, a general description of what occurred, and steps Power Club is taking to address the breach.

Bear in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account.
