Introduction

Uable’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Terms of Use, read together, define the terms and conditions for the usage of our Platform. You are required to read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in all the three documents before using the platform.

In order to provide Services, we require certain User information and may obtain the same through User- provided data or automatic data collection.

If you are a parent/guardian of the User - you provide your consent to the User’s use of the Platform and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in respect to their use of the Platform. We collect information that may be used to identify you, including, but not limited to:
  • (i) name, e-mail ID, photograph, location and other contact information
  • (ii) gender and other demographic data
  • (iii) birth date, year and month to validate your age
  • (iv) details of school name, class
  • (v) social media accounts, if available.
We also collect certain information either when you provide it to use the Platform or Services and/or automatically as you navigate through the Platform (which may include usage details, IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by the device, access times, and information collected through cookies). We do not actively track our users. You agree that we may use such information to do internal research on our Users' demographics to better understand, protect and serve our Users.
When you sign in with your social media account you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the email that you make available to us through the social media interface which would be used only for authentication purposes.
Whenever you share videos, project work or any form of content or feedback with Uable, you give Uable permission to share that content on any social media Platform, Uable website or App or YouTube channel. Uable assures you that the intent will only be to publish positive results and developments to other Users.
Cookies
We collect information about you by using cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons and other technologies (collectively, “Tools”). We use this information to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our websites, services and offerings as well as to manage our advertising. This information can make your use of Our services easier and more meaningful by allowing us to provide better service, customize sites based on consumer preferences, compile statistics, provide you with more relevant advertisements based on your interests, analyze trends and otherwise administer and improve our services. If we have collected your Personal Information, we may associate this personal data with information gathered through the Tools. We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Platform to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services.
Online fellowship sessions are recorded and used for quality audits and facilitator training.
Users shall grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, audio and videos (IP License). This IP License shall end when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).

Purpose of Collection

We collect personal information only necessary for the following purposes:

By using our services you automatically agree that we may use Personal Information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, improve the Platform's content and Service offerings, and customize the Platform's content, layout, and Services. These uses improve the Platform and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with an efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Platform.
We shall not use user information for any purpose other than in connection with the Platform. We shall not rent, sell or share user information and shall not disclose any of the user's Personal Information to third parties. However, we share Personal Information with our vendors, contractors, business and service partners, or other third parties (collectively, "Service Providers"). Service Providers may include analysis firms, advertisers, payment processing companies, customer service and support providers, email, IT services and SMS vendors, web hosting and development companies and fulfillment companies.

We will notify users of any breach resulting in the unauthorized release of data electronically, at minimum, and without unreasonable delay so that you can take appropriate steps. The notification will include: date of the breach, the types of information that were subject to the breach, a general description of what occurred, and steps Uable is taking to address the breach.

Our Platform may contain links to other websites, which would be shared as reference material to help users with Challenges and events.
We have no control and bear no responsibility over external websites and we encourage you to read their privacy policy especially before entering any personal information as policies will differ.
You agree that we shall not be liable for any breach of your privacy of Personal Information or loss incurred by your use of such websites or Services.

The information we obtain from or about you may be processed and stored in our various servers located across the globe, which may provide for different data protection rules than the country in which you reside. UABLE PTE LTD, along with the subsidiary Trulearn Spaces Private Limited aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Data.
